I am a digitalization advocate, consultant, expert in digital transformation, solution-focused coach, entrepreneur, systems thinker, nerd, tech enthusiast, father, globetrotter, and curious individual.
My journey into digitization began with a Commodore 64, and technology has been a constant in my career ever since. This was joined by the desire to help people recognize and exploit their full potential.
The name 'KYSO' blends the Japanese concept of 'Kaihō' (change or transformation) with the idea of 'soar,' symbolizing the drive to reach new heights. I created KYSO to empower organizations and individuals.
My clients seek my support when they need an expert who can think disruptively, strategically, and in systems; someone who connects diverse stakeholders and builds tangible solutions. Or when they need a reflective partner—someone who empathizes and empowers them to unlock their full potential.
